Just wanted to say I've been a Tenant who's landlord provides services through Field Palmer since 2008. We've been extremely lucky to have received good communications, empathy, understanding and flexibility during these years. We have 6 monthly checks although many find this annoying/invasion it's part of their role and keeps houses checked for faults damage etc which we accept. Always friendly on these home checks and more recently Sarah Thompson is really prompt when arranging professionals to fix faults. I would recommend and so far have no complaints. – Paula
