We recently purchased a house through Field Palmer (Bitterne), and they were truly brilliant. Oliver showed us around for each viewing, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel completely at ease. During the purchase we were looked after by Stephanie who was so incredibly proactive, and again, very friendly and happy to answer any questions (and I had a lot of questions!) - nothing was too much trouble, and I credit Stephanie for keeping everything ticking along by keeping all parties up to date - and nudging where appropriate. Should we sell our house in future, we will definitely be coming back to Field Palmer, who I cannot fault at all. Thanks for everything!
