You must have a full clean car driving license, Property Lettings experience is essential and be computer literate.
We can offer a good good salary negotiable dependent on age and experience
Hours Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. + some Saturdays
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Salary £negotiable basic + commission + car allowance + paid parking + annual bonus – depending on experience

To supervise the day-to-day activities within the office
Supervise maintenance issues
Tenancy agreements & oversee referencing
Sign off tenancy files
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Up-to-date with Health & Safety compliance
Carry out market valuations
