Mr M and Miss W are looking for a cottage/period property with a minimum of two bedrooms. They have a budget of £250,000 and they are open to complete renovation. Miss W and Mr M would consider buying anywhere from SO18 to PO15.
Mr M and Miss W have been financially pre-qualified. They have an agreement in principle and over 10% deposit.
Mr M and Miss W are happy to view on a ‘one-off’ basis. They are happy to move around your time scales as they are not in any rush, without a chain and currently living with parents and they understand that most sellers would need ample time to find a suitable onward purchase.
