To the Field Palmer Lettings Team After viewing several properties with different agencies, I was soon disappointed with how unhelpful they were. They were all interested in showing me properties but then lost interest in helping me if the property id viewed had already been let or wasn't as described therefore not suitable. I spotted a property with Field Palmer to rent but didn't accept pets. I called them anyway, they were unbelievably helpful, they immediately contacted the landlord to see if he would make an exception and consider my little dog which he did. While waiting for the landlord to respond they kept in contact with me, updating me. They knew my circumstance of needing a home immediately and went out of their way to get me this property. From making the call to moving in took maximum 2 weeks. They made the whole ordeal so easy for me. Since moving in, they have responded to all my emails or queries very quickly if not immediately. They even went out of their way when I moved in to phone and email me to check everything was ok and if I needed anything. Truly exceptional. They made me feel like they actually cared. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. They even told me before I moved in that there had been drainage issues and the problem had been sorted but if I was to find I have problems then to let them know. Very honest. Any negatives about the property that i wouldn't have known about until I moved in were told to me in advance too. Wouldn't want to use any other agency if I'm honest. Sarah and Josh have been brilliant especially.
