Outstanding service from field palmer Bitterne, would highly recommend them. Loads of viewings, always answer the phone, always reply to emails, very professional service from everyone I dealt with at the branch. Steph gave me a realistic valuation and delivered. Chloe & Lia managed all the viewings exceptionally, kept me informed of when each one was, and they were on time every time without fail. Jodie kept me informed throughout the sales process, chasing solicitors, keeping the chain informed at all times. Always put me first and done what was best for me. After a poor start with another agent we changed to Field Palmer. The service was excellent, Stephanie promised lots at the time of valuation and sign up and the team delivered! They answer the phone, they ring you back when promised and you get the weekly updates. Once over the accepting the offer stage, the team continued with great service, following up and pushing where necessary to get the sale to completion. Jodie and the staff, whilst they can’t make house moving any less challenging, they do help enormously with their enthusiasm and positivity. (I am sure Stephanie does her bit too!!)
