Where do we start...... We chose Field Palmer through a recommendation and they were also local to us, so it seemed a logical thing. If I'm completely honest, the process of selling houses is never an inspiring occasion, however on this occasion we were so please we got this over the line with the team at FP It was a protracted sale process of nearly 8 months, with two collapsed sales, but that did not phase them. After literally a third time lucky, at the original targeted price, we had a successful sale. At the time we weren't in country so we had to put the trust in the team to deliver. Ollie, Chloe, Maria and Stephanie, you were great to work with and kept us up to date. Covering each other when one was out of the office. We had a great buyer, who loved the property, and was definitely 3rd time lucky. Really good comms, and a good deal for both parties to be honest, nothing was too much trouble, and we felt safe that you had our interests at heart, especially as we weren't in country. The test is whether we'd use them again? Yes, without hesitation.
